Mergewave Capital as part of Solus Groupis a dynamic and rapidly growing M&A brokerage investment company specializing in the IT / Tech industry. We pride ourselves on our dedication to delivering top-notch services to our clients, and we are currently seeking a BDM to join our team.

 

What skills do you need for this vacancy?

-Deep understanding of the industry, trends, players, and features. Ability to analyse market opportunities and identify target IT companies for sale/acquisition.

- 2+ years of experience at Sales manager / BDM position.

- Knowledge of the key financial metrics and business valuation models. Ability to develop economic proposals and reasonably discuss them with clients.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge in analysing data and information to make strategic decisions; select a short list of targets for the sale of an IT company, target portrait of targets, etc.

- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide high-quality service.

- Excellent level of Ukrainian and English in written and spoken form.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

- Joining the calls with the founders / C-level of IT companies ready to sell their company / attract an investor. Also, to sell them our services;

- Conduct further communication with them, collect financial data;

- Pitching these companies to investors/strategists;

- Forming a shortlist of companies whom we can propose an IT company, contact on this shortlist. In total, leading up to 10 targets in active sales (10 IT companies in active sales);

- Building your own network with investment bankers, investment funds, and owners of IT companies;

- Speaking at IT-related events with the presentation of IT companies and the company's services.
