Senior DevOps Engineer Offline

Client of Particles Global is looking for Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team, and to help with CH implementation. The client is looking for highly experienced AWS EKS specialists who have managed and designed production deployments. Long-term collaboration.

About the Client:

The Company (US based) empowers customers to run an always-on business by simplifying the protection, recovery, and mobility of on-premises and cloud applications. The company’s cloud data management and protection platform eliminates the risks and complexity of modernization and cloud adoption across private, public, and hybrid deployments.

Requirements:

— be "experienced in a production setting"- experienced with AWS;

— experienced with design, implementation, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters (including relevant tooling such as helm, velero, nginx-proxies and sidecars and/or other ingress solutions etc.)

— experienced with EKS;

— experienced with IaC in a multi-stage environment (dev, pre-production, production) terraform is preferred;

— working with production grade cloud DBs - an advantage;

— High level English is mandatory.

About the Project.

The Client uses Azure, AWS and has a cloud on premise. Namely this project is related to AWS Cloud Solutions. There are 5 DevOps and the Architect in the team.

The project will focus on a back-office application cluster currently deployed in production and QA. This application and its attached infrastructure has been partially re-designed but requires further thought due to new requirements.The project will include taking part in modifying the existing High Level Design according to new requirements (in some cases figuring out those requirements),implementing the new design, as well as designing and implementing lifecycle management for the new infra.
