Power platform developer with knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service (MS Dynamics 365 Engineer) Offline
Аbout the project:
We are looking a Power platform developer to become a part of the long-term project for our Europe-based client.
Service maintenance of cranes.
About 90 service technicians who will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. Many service contracts that cover more than one asset, for which work orders need to be created at different time periods. Service technicians work in teams, each of which has a manager responsible for planning. The technicians have different competencies that need to be matched with the corresponding requirements in the work order.
Skills:
— Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
— Knowledge of Workflows and Power Automate.
— High proficiency in Javascript and C# (including ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC).
— Knowledge of JavaScript and plugin development for Dynamics 365.
— Familiarity with Sales and Service modules.
— Understanding Azure Functions.
— Integration knowledge (REST, message brokers).
— Proficiency in English is mandatory - Upper Intermediate
— Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
— Development of email queues in Outlook/shared email inbox for small teams.
— Development of core email inbox functionality, including message distribution among relevant queues/team members based on defined attributes and service levels.
— Queue management within Dynamics, including forms, lists, etc.
— Email template creation and content management capabilities for templates, including versioning.
— Integration with Secure Message Center and MS Exchange, the method will be determined during the design of Microsoft portal capabilities for message delivery (e.g., web service, Boomi, etc.)
