Senior Java Developer for consultations Offline

We are searching for a part-time, experienced Senior-Level/Expert Java Consultant with profound knowledge of project development stacks. You can even easily juggle consulting with us alongside your primary project. Overall, the successful candidate must dedicate a few monthly hours to our meetings, play an integral role in consultancies, with the ability to be engaged in pre-sales discussions, and dive deep into the problems, challenges, and bugs. This role is a good fit for a specialist who values leveraging their deep-seated knowledge over routine labor, offering a balance of flexibility and engagement, for one who enjoys a remote flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert consultancy on Java solutions and intrinsics of associated technologies.

2. Participate in meetings with clients, offering technical insights.

3. Solve intricate technical challenges, puzzlers and non-trivial bugs promptly.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.

5. Consult in the optimization of system performance and maintainability.

6. Ensure secure coding practices to protect customers and the company.

7. Stay abreast of the latest trends in Java, Kotlin, and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Profound expertise in Java, with at least 5 years of professional experience.

• Extraordinary goal-oriented ability of collaboration to share knowledge.

• Demonstrable experience with typical project development stacks, including Spring (Boot, Data, Security), Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and Cloud Computing Platforms GCP, AWS (IAM, S3, Lambda, ECS)

• Experience in microservices architecture, solving challenges and workaround technological limitations.

• SQL and NoSQL storages

• Algorithms and data structures

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Must be goal/result-oriented and possess a passion for hard-skills excellence.
