Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- 2+ year of experience in IT Project Management
- Proven track record understanding of how quality projects are being built
- Extensive knowledge in Linux
- Must have knowledge of Atlassian products
- Scrum Master's skills
- Great communication in English (C1+) and Ukrainian
- Leadership, empathy and dynamic, result-oriented mindset
- Big picture thinking

Will-be-a-plus skills:

- Deployment and migration of Atlassian products
- Knowledge Docker and related technologies
- History of building productive and successful Dev/IT teams and developing talents
- Development skills/scripting

Responsibilities:

- be responsible for projects' planning, execution and maintenance
- define and agree project goals, budget, quality and timing (= roadmap)
- be familiar with the infrastructure and the tools used since it's a part of ensuring project quality
- be in charge of daily stand-ups, creating of the roadmaps, prioritization of the tasks
- enjoy and provide the best possible solutions while customer communication
- establish and maintain a culture of learning and adapting
- make sure that everyone performs in a way that is best for the company
