We are looking for proactive professional to join our consulting team that strive to deliver turn-key business solutions on Microsoft Power Platform which is leading low-code / no-code IT platform in the world. You will work together with our internal team (PMs, Consultants, Technical Architects, Developers, etc.) to execute customer projects from initial demand to the live product. It’s an enterprise-scale project with an opportunity to work with customers across multiple countries and departments.

Key qualifications:
- Higher technical or ecomonic education
- English — Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English.
- 4+ years of experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst or Developer in IT Projects
- 2+ years hands-on development experience in Power Platform development (Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Business Process Flows, Forms, Business rules, Security role configuration)
- Excellence in consulting & communication skills to present & explain complex technical topics to both business executives and technical personnel.
- Technical background – understanding of Database design principles, SQL, basics of OOP, Web APIs
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or other similar Microsoft Business Applications will be a plus.
- Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and/or Azure certification will be a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in workshops with customers & business analysts to gather requirements
- Consult clients on Power Platform implementation & best practices
- Create and demonstrate Proof of Concepts on Power Platform
Design & build low-code/no-code components on Power Platform or make enhancements to existing solutions
- Collaborate with Project Management to ensure project accountability (staying within scope, budget, and timeline).
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Customer technical & functional support after solution go-live
- Participate in marketing & pre-sale activities
