Technical Manager

Requirements:

· Deep understanding of individual Marketplace’s compliance requirements.

· Understanding of technical aspects of Marketplaces, i.e., how their APIs work, what endpoints and data points are available for consumption, and what data we are required to provide for different operations (i.e., fulfillment, listings, etc....).

· Ability to liaise with the Dev Team to implement ever-changing requirements and business needs (understanding programming concepts and some syntax knowledge to be the bridge between Business and Development).

· Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems, internal processes, and business needs (IBMi-based ERP).

Responsibilities:

- Monitor all technical aspects of the Business as it relates to MPs, i.e.

- Make sure API feeds are operating as expected

- Monitoring for failed transactions (fulfillment, refunds, postings, settlements, shipments…)

- Identify root causes for transaction failures

- Liaison with the Dev Team to implement fixes for failures where applicable

- Liaison with marketplace representatives to resolve issues
