Lead Frond end developer (React.js/Next.js) for eCommerce project $$$$ Offline

About project (EU Based)

This is a long-term project

It's a custom-built project based on Next.js. It will integrate with custom middleware (Express.JS) and communicate with other systems ie. Bloomreach Content (CMS) and SAP Commerce Cloud, but not limited.

We are looking for developers with knowledge of what Atomic Design is, how to work with Figma and SCSS tools, and how to organize CSS code ie. BEM methodology.

People involved in this project will have to know how to write unit tests, what a cookbook is, how to create libraries, and publish them to NPM and are confident in working with Gitflow.

Ideal candidates should know what PostCSS or Tailwind is, and how to optimize page speed. Additional points for having knowledge about Bloomreach Content SDK and creating content in Bloomreach.

Preferable knowledge will be extended by Express.JS, security of the web applications, OAuth, GraphQL, and streams.

Common Requirements

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in React.js.

- Strong understanding and experience working with Next.js.

- Deep understanding and experience with Atomic Design principles.

- Hands-on experience working with Figma for designing UI.

- Experience in using SCSS tools and organizing CSS code, knowledge of BEM methodology is a must.

- Ability to write unit tests (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).

- Understanding of what a cookbook is and how to create libraries.

- Experience with publishing libraries to NPM.

- Strong experience with Git and Gitflow methodology.

- Familiarity with PostCSS or Tailwind.

- Ability to optimize page speed.

- Bonus: Experience with Bloomreach Content SDK and creating content in Bloomreach.

Requirements for Leading Developer

- Deep understanding of web application security.

- Hands-on experience in creating and managing integrations.

- Demonstrated experience in organizing and managing a team.

- Proven track record conducting code reviews.

- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Additional Requirements

- Strong understanding and experience with Express.JS.

- Experience in web application security.

- Understanding of OAuth.

- Hands-on experience working with GraphQL and streams.

- Experience in creating integrations with systems like Bloomreach Content (CMS) and SAP Commerce Cloud.
