Middle JavaScript Developer Offline

Membrana Media is the largest Ukrainian video advertising platform, actively developing the European and Latin American markets.

Our company helps popular websites to increase advertising revenue. Advertising systems are quite complex, so your task will be to improve the work of our product on our clients’ sites, identifying problems in the interaction of third-party code and our product.

Responsibilities:

to find the reason for the incorrect operation of our solution

to understand someone else’s code, find an often non-obvious problem, and offer a solution

to find the reasons for the incorrect display of elements on the page, find conflicting CSS rules, layout problems

Requirements:

Hard skills:

JavaScript development experience — at least 4 years

Strong knowledge of JavaScript

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS

English level Upper Intermediate and above (both oral and written)

Soft skills:

Ability to understand complex systems

Debugging skills of complex websites, the interaction of various components

Attentiveness, and perseverance in solving complex problems
