CRM/Retention Manager (iGaming exp) Offline

HeyπŸ‘‹ Our Magnetics team is currently looking for a CRM/Retention Manager in iGaming that will strengthen our product team.

 

We are a Ukrainian product company developing in the global iGaming industry markets for 8 years. Our team has around 50 professionals, yet we maintain and greatly appreciate sincerity, lightness, and lack of micromanagement.

 

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention;

- Experience in the iGaming industry;

- Understanding of email marketing metrics and specifics (OR, CTR, CR, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, postmasters, etc), as well as product metrics (retention rate, churn rate, LTV).

- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets);

- Proficiency in using CRM and Marketing Automation tools - Salesforce, Mailchimp etc. Preferably - Customer.io

- English level: Intermediate.

 

Responsibilities:

- Create and support direct campaigns via Email, SMS, Push, OnSite notifications;

- Build automated workflows and implementing trigger-based campaigns;

- Carry out customer segmentation.

- Generate ideas and insights for A / B testing, conduct tests, analyze the results and quirks of robots.

- Cooperating with content and copywriting departments;

- Tracking and reporting of overall performance.
