Senior Python lead for big e-commerce platform (with leading exp only) $5000-7000 Offline
We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our global team in a remote work setting. We require an ambitious individual who desires to lead a significant part of a large-scale endeavor and take full responsibility for the success of an innovative e-commerce project.

Primary technical requirements for candidates:
β Extensive commercial and development experience in Python 3 (minimum 5 years)
β Previous experience leading and mentoring team members (minimum 2 years as a
Team Lead)
β Proficiency in creating RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
β Familiarity with frameworks and libraries such as SQLAlchemy, Celery,
Motor, and Pydantic
β Solid background in working with third-party tools such as MySQL and MongoDB databases, Redis,
RabbitMQ, and Elastic Search
β Experience with microservices and containerized applications using
Kubernetes and Docker
β Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
Primary interpersonal requirements for candidates:
β Ensuring product quality and enhancing the architecture, including data models,
schemas, annotations, and established application module structures
β Assessing and evaluating various approaches, structures, solutions, etc.
β Performing tasks from the backlog and participating in the code review process
effectively
β Communicating technology solutions efficiently
β Responsible for preparing technical documentation, including descriptions, call
sequences, and internal and external product integrations
β Adhering to established software development processes
β Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
β At least an intermediate level of proficiency in English (advantageous)
Managerial Skills:
β Strategically planning and managing the entire backend team
β Defining and aligning the vision, strategy, and roadmap to maintain a competitive edge
for the company
β Leading and motivating a team to achieve consistent improvements in their area of work
