Delivery Manager/Account Manager (offline)

We're seeking a proactive and dynamic individual in the role of Delivery Manager/Account Manager. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio of projects and accounts, and manage a talented team of project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio management and development
• Build and sustain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients
• Act as the first point of escalation for client issues
• Translate client needs into actionable plans for your team
• Conduct performance and salary reviews
• Develop and execute quarterly budgets to meet targeted GPM
• Identify and capitalize on up-sale/cross-sale opportunities
• Ensure delivery occurs on time and within budget
• Make final decisions on team composition
• Increase client and team satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts and agreements

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Delivery Manager
• Proven experience in managing project portfolios
• In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to translate product features into business value and vice versa
• Experience in pre-sales and estimates
• Proficiency in problem-solving and diplomacy
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to coach and mentor PMs
• Proficient in English (Advanced or higher)
• Willingness to travel for business
