UI/UX Designer (offline)

Boon Band is actively seeking a UI/UX Designer with a mastery of Figma to join our forward-thinking and passionate team. If you have a strong background in designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, are deeply familiar with user-centered design principles, and have an extensive portfolio showcasing your advanced Figma skills for wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Create wireframes, user interfaces in Figma, user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.

- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

- Proficiency in Figma

- Strong knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.

- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications:

- Understanding of Human Centered Design principles

- Understanding of Agile Scrum development process.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
