Middle+ Software Engineer (Product)

Some of the tech challenges that you’ll help us to master include:

• Building a learning infrastructure for companies that’d like to implement their own onboarding training, upskilling programs, and compliance training
• AI-first features we develop based on OpenAI

• Creating a scalable tech infrastructure since we’re on a scaling stage

   

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Strong Junior/Middle Software Engineer to join us.

You’ll be right there with us, working across all parts of our product. You won’t just code - you’ll make decisions, own features, and help drive our tech and product forward.
 

We need someone exceptional, not just great at coding, but with a deep interest in solving real customers’ problems (especially with AI)
 

Requirements

• Have a strong technical background, including 2+ years of experience designing and engineering systems with React, Next.js
• Familiarity with the API side: You understand how system parts fit together, from the user interface to the data model.
• You have experience with OpenAI integrations (or equivalent)
• Measure your success in terms of business impact, not lines of code
   

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Product companies
• Experience in small teams and taking responsibility
   

Our Stack

On the backend, we’ve got a Nest.js application, deployed on AWS. On the frontend, we have a NextJS application using TypeScript deployed on Vercel.
 

How does the interview process look like?

• Technical assignment (up to 1 hour)
• Technical interview with Live Coding (up to 1 hour)
• Product interview with the team (up to 1 hour)
• Final interview with CEO (up to 1 hour)
