Senior Finance Manager (offline)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Manager with expertise in IT, Blockchain, and Crypto to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within our organization, with a specific focus on managing and coordinating financial activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong financial background and a keen interest in emerging technologies.

You will work with CEO, COO, Financial and Legal departments.

Responsibilities:
- Regular reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing accurate and timely information to senior management.
- Development and management company financial ecosystem: Setup fiat and crypto payment systems
- Analyzing targets: Evaluate financial performance and assess the achievement of targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures.
- Meeting with department heads: Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs, provide guidance, and ensure effective financial management.
- Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecast processes: Oversee the development and implementation of financial budgets, forecasts, and plans
- Providing back office services: Supervise accounts payable, collection, and payroll processes ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitoring cash flow: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Liaising with accountant teams: Collaborate with internal and external accounting teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions
- Providing insights on the financial health of the organization: Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights regarding the financial health of the organization
- Ensuring statutory and compliance obligations: Ensure the organization meets all statutory accounting and tax obligations, staying up-to-date with relevant regulations and implementing necessary measures for compliance.
- Keeping track of market trends: Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, providing recommendations for adaptation and optimization.
- Looking for cost-reduction opportunities: Identify cost-saving opportunities, proposing and implementing strategies to optimize financial efficiency.
- Developing relationships with external contacts: Foster and maintain relationships with external contacts such as auditors, solicitors, regulatory bodies, and HM Revenue & Customs to ensure effective financial management and compliance.
- Supervising staff: Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, with a focus on IT
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different teams.
- Experience in managing and leading a finance team.
- English level - Upper-Intermediate
