Project Manager (offline)

We are a team of specialists with great experience in JavaScript, full stack development and web design. We provide outsource and outstaff services to reliable frequent customers and startups in the USA, Europe and Israel.


We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Requirements:
Proven experience of 2-3 years as a project manager, successfully managing projects with teams of up to 8 members;
Upper intermediate english level;
-Strong understanding and practical application of Agile and SCRUM methodologies. SCRUM certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional) is highly desirable;
-Proficiency in project management software and tools;
-Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to convey complex information concisely and effectively;
-Experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and developing mitigation strategies;
-Knowledge of project documentation principles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation;
-Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project success;
-Experience in organizing and facilitating collaboration with teams across different time zones is a plus;
-Proven ability to start projects from scratch, including project initiation and assembling the project team;
-Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and obstacles in a proactive and efficient manner;
-Open-mindedness and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches;
-Strong sense of ownership of results, taking responsibility for project outcomes and driving them to successful completion.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage projects, taking ownership of project success and driving results;
-Apply Agile and SCRUM methodologies effectively to manage projects and facilitate iterative and incremental development.
-Communicate project progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management through regular and concise reporting;
-Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success;
-Ensure adherence to project documentation principles, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation;
-Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and remote teams across different time zones, if applicable;
-Take the lead in starting projects from scratch, including project initiation, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and assembling the project team;
-Proactively identify and address project-related issues, obstacles, and conflicts, applying effective problem-solving skills;
-Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal resource utilization;
-Foster an open-minded and collaborative work environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement;
-Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and guiding project team members, promoting a positive team culture, and ensuring project objectives are met.
