Customer Success Manager- CSM (BIG ADVANCE FOR GAMERS) (offline)

Our product assists gaming studios and numerous other leading brands across various industries in analyzing their users' feedback. This crucial data is then transformed into actionable insights that aid in business growth.

Join our startup as a member of our Customer Success team and become the primary point of contact for our customers! 

Your responsibilities will include: onboarding new clients, training platform users, and delivering exceptional support. You will also be tasked with setting up and managing customer accounts while fostering strong relationships.
 

Requirements:
- Must be a native or fluent English speaker
- Must possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience as a CSM or in SaaS support is a must
- Familiarity with gaming and proficiency in social media platforms such as Steam, Discord, and Reddit are significant advantages!

*This is a full-time position.
