Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management in outsourcing companies (managing requirements gathering, estimates, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communication, risks, stakeholders expectations, and client satisfaction).
- Robust project reporting, including documentation, detailed project status updates, team performance monitoring, etc.
- Knowledge of PM methodologies and SDLC: understanding the project architecture/tech risks on a reasonable level to make the project decisions with the team.
- Experience in discovery and pre-sale phases.
- Analytical and product mindset, problem-solving attitude.
- Able to make and own decisions.
- Advanced English level.
Responsibilities:
- Full PM responsibility for the project.
- Gather requirements during the project's lifecycle, starting from the pre-sale.
- Manage the scope of the project, roadmap, schedule, quality, risks, stakeholders' expectations, and client satisfaction.
- Handle project reporting.
- Holding general communication with the development team and the client.
- Team motivation.
