SEO Specialist (offline)

About You
- 3+ years of relevant SEO experience
- Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods and a passion to stay on top of the latest industry trends and events
- Knowledge in link building and improving online presence
- Ability to define goals, measure and analyze the effectiveness of SEO efforts
- Full working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics
- Knowledge of other SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, DeepCrawl, etc.
- Experience working with CMS (WordPress) and building/administering content in CMS environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed and effective working independently
- BA/BS degree in a related discipline preferred but not required
- English - upper intermediate or higher

Extra Awesome
- Certifications/qualifications in Google Analytics, AdWords or other key marketing platforms
- Knowledge of HTML and any of the languages relevant to SEO

In this position, You are responsible for
- Shaping and executing SEO strategies across Querix owned websites
- Helping with optimizing site architecture, URL structures, and content for maximized indexing and keyword relevance
- Writing technical SEO audits and presenting these to stakeholders
- Monitoring the search engine keyword rankings, keyword research, competitor analysis, and link building
- Reviewing and assessing current editorial content for quality and optimization purposes
- Proactively identifying new areas of opportunity based on organic search traffic and trends
