QA Manual and Data Entry (offline)

We are looking for someone for a hybrid role where you will be responsible for using our custom built tools to do some data entry, ensure data is properly processed, and have basic ability to debug issues to suggest fixes to developers. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.
Key Responsibilities
* Use our internal tools to import data we need into different systems
* Verify and test to make sure all data is imported correctly
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
* Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to go above personal and team targets and goals
Qualifications
* Completely comfortable with technical concepts and being able to communicate in simple terms
* A strong base of technical knowledge
* Previous experience in QA, customer support, client services, or a related field
* Written English
* Experience with bug tracking systems like Jira
* Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
