Junior Project manager (offline)

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- +6 months of project management experience
- Experience in similar positions.
- Attentive to the details.
- Fluent english
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework
- Technical background
- Experience using or customizing one of the popular CMSs in a project
- Experience in using popular project practices and processes: planning, tracking, analysis, risk assessment, etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize, time management skills, work flexibility, client-orientated mindse
- Excellent knowledge of the basics of website development and the difference between a promotional site and a corporate one.
- Knowledge of the difference between conception of the site and the technical task.
- Understanding services such as GA, GDocs, GCalendar.
- Understanding the difference between SocialMedia applications and Mobile applications.
- Not afraid to work with large / small customers.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, RoR
- Strives to improve himself as a manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in brainstorms.
- Collect tender presentations.
- Communicate and meet with customers.
- Make estimates and timings.
- Monitor the timing of tasks.
- Write technical specifications.
- Coming to the office every weekday.
