Middle Android developer Offline

About the Project:

Nova Poshta Digital it's an IT company, which is part of the "Nova Poshta" group of companies, is looking for a new team member in our product company. Our product is service application with tens of thousands of users in Ukraine.

Development and maintenance Android app for inner users of company.

Courier app which allows to handle whole orders list of clients delivery and postomats (parcel lockers) by daily shift.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and build our Android App

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in Android development

• Good knowledge Android SDK

• Experience with offline storage (Room, SQLite, SQLiteHelpers, Content Providers)

• Familiarity with RESTful API’s

• Knowledge of Kotlin/Java (deep knowledge of Java: AsyncTask, multithreading)

• Knowledge of RxJava

• Understanding of legacy code analysis

• Knowledge of MVC, MVVM

• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards is a plus

• A team player used to the culture of sharing and able to work with partially remote team
