Business Development Manager $2500-4000 Offline

Our Company is a subsidiary of the Polish software provider which cooperates with various European companies, including the UK.

The company is an expert in software development. We use experience, technical knowledge, innovation and creativity, so our customers receive the software that meets their needs.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant work experience in an outbound business development role;

Documented track of sales/business development success story

Practical background in using sales tools, Google Workspace services and various CRM systems

Good understanding of the international startup and tech ecosystem

Excellent negotiation skills and public speaking;

Great communication and presentation skills;

Ability to design, grow, develop and maintain personal relationships with a network of potential buyers;

Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take risks and operate in conditions of high uncertainty;

English - Upper-Intermediate+.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of the company's business strategy;

Prepare business development plan for the company

Conduct research to identify potential prospects via established channels like LinkedIn and mass communication such as email, social media, and phone calls as well as other methods;

Conduct discovery calls with prospects to build the connection, gather information about their project and identify their pain;

negotiate contract conditions;

Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel;

Prepare and submit proposals;

Increase marketing/sales funnel metrics;

Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction rate;

Support clients after signing contracts;

Research and implement new methods for attracting potential clients;

Visit our office in Ternopil occasionally;

Make business trips abroad.
