DevOps Engineer Offline

We are currently seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our distributed team. This is a remote job with working hours of 14.00-22.00 (Kiev timezone, GMT+2).

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of our software applications. You will work closely with our development team to build and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines, ensuring that our applications are delivered to production environments quickly and reliably.

Desired skills and experience:

Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation

Proficiency with Linux and Bash scripting

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with Git and version control systems

Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation

Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet

Understanding of networking concepts and experience with load balancers and firewalls

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack

Will be a plus:

Experience with real-time data processing

Experience with building and maintaining high-load systems

Understanding of security best practices

Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
