We are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team!

🚀 Carry out the full cycle of UX/UI design

🚀 Make UX and design solutions

🚀 Development of design expertise

🚀 Conduct knowledge sharing

🚀 Take part in hiring new designers

🚀 Take apart in pre-sale, estimate the new project, and hire an appropriate designer

🚀 Stay focused and passionate about what you are designing

🚀 Create onboarding for designers

🚀 Help other team members to develop their skills

🚀 Be able to independently identify areas of improvement for each of the products

🚀 Present your design decisions to the development team and a Product Owner

We are looking for someone who

🚀 Has at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design

🚀 Has experience with building processes in the design team

🚀 Has experience in mentoring

🚀 Has up-to-date portfolio

🚀 Has knowledge of how the design is being tested

🚀 Has experience designing on multiple platforms (Sketch, Figma, Adobe, InVision)

🚀Knowledge of UX: data analysis, prototyping

🚀Knowledge of UI: familiarity with design guides for iOS / Android

🚀 Experience in designing application interfaces and mobile versions of websites

🚀 Has strong visual design skills, an excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles

🚀 Has a fundamental understanding of usability principles

🚀 Has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while effectively maintaining timelines and expectations

🚀 Is a passionate, collaborative team player

🚀 Has attention to detail and excellent communication skills

🚀 Has the upper intermediate level of English

Recruiting process

Online interview with a recruiter — 20-30 minutes.

Interview with Design Team — 1.5 hours.

Final interview - 1 hour.
