Business Development Representative, Enterprise sales (Ringostat) Offline

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development professional to lead this part of our scaling strategy.

 

Ringostat— is a proudly founded in Ukraine world-class SaaS. That includes 7 products for sales and marketing that create a single ecosystem. For the last 2 years, we have achieved "High Performer" on an authoritative review service G2 and are in the list of top 15 services worldwide in our category. Also, we're the only technology partner of Google Analytics among similar services in Eastern Europe.

 

There are more than 1000 businesses from 26 countries among Ringostat clients, including Peugeot, Mercedes-Benz, Jooble, and others.

 

Ringostat is scaling global, and one of the strategies is standard or exclusive partnerships (including the white label model) in the markets where we don't operate directly.

 

Hard skills:

1. B2B sales experience for more than 3 years.

2. Experience in building global partnerships.

3. Experience in enterprise sales.

4. Scale-up/start-up/entrepreneurial (negative also works) experience would be highly advantageous.

5. Outstanding communication skills in English.

6. Skilled in outbound approach.

Nice to have:

1. Well known in the franchise or white label models of scaling.

2. SaaS or Telecom experience would be highly advantageous.

Soft skills:

1. Relentless drive to achieve results, strong-willed, motivating and cool under pressure.

2. High level of responsibility and initiative.

3. Knows how to find and establish contact with the "right" people (actual decision-makers).

4. Puts a lot of effort into self-development.

5. Totally autonomous.

 

What will be your tasks:

1. Search, outreach and schedule video meetings with potential exclusive partners worldwide.

2. Conduct effective online meetings with partners daily.

3. Prepare and present business model and custom forecasts for partners based on their unique context (company size, current client database, market stage in our niche, competition, etc.)

4. Negotiations and signing of contracts.

5. Onboard and growing partners.

6. Achieve quotas and targets.
