Absolute assets would be:

● Expertise in BPMN business process description methodology;

● Knowledge of the Creatio platform;

● Understanding the structure of databases;

● Knowledge and use of UI\UX methods;

● Participation in software development and project implementation.

Requirements:

● Knowledge of the main business processes of one of the areas: trade companies, agricultural sector, financial organizations (sales, marketing, service);

● Experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting software requirements;

● Working experience with CRM systems;

● Communicative abilities, skills in conducting meetings and training;

● Fluency in russian and Ukrainian, English – reading technical documentation, and correspondence.

Responsibilities:

● Conducting meetings with the Customer, requirements gathering;

● Development and approval of project documentation;

● Creating tasks (requirements) for developers;

● Testing the functionality of the system;

● Writing instructions for final users;

● Training conducting;

● Customer support at the system-launch stage;

● Support of implemented solutions.
