Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in Project Management;
- understanding of Agile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban, etc);
- practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- good knowledge of identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements;
- experience in drafting functional / business/system requirement specifications.

Responsibilities:

- manage project scope and team resources;
- preparation of artifacts, and technical documentation;
- prepare and perform presentations and demos to stakeholders;
- facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation process;
- testing the product according to the requirements;
- manage Jira and Confluence spaces;
- adjust and maintain team processes being it Scrum/Kanban;
- prioritize work and focus the team on what is most important to achieve project goals;
- develop your skills in and knowledge of project management techniques.
