Project Manager (offline)

We are a Blockchain Development Agency focused on delivering innovative blockchain solutions for our clients. Our team consists of passionate and driven professionals who are dedicated to achieving excellence in everything we do. Now we are looking for a Project Manager to join our talented team.

Requirements :

Hard Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in a management position related to software delivery (Head of delivery, Operational Manager, etc.) in a successful software outsourcing company
- Developer’s background (preferable - full stack)
- Good enough understanding of software engineering to remove obstacles and impediment at portfolio level
- Be able to communicate compliance, information security, and technology issues clearly to business and technical groups
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously (4+)
- Operations management skills (process management, setting and achieving KPI/scorecards)

Soft Skills:
- Vigorous business acumen, excellent customer service skills, and a strategic mindset
- Must be flexible, proactive, quick to learn, and possess a can-do attitude;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to express their thoughts clearly, know how to listen, and be able to contribute to a team environment
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision to meet set deadlines
- Good communication, presentation skills and English
- People management skills — empowerment, coaching, mentoring, etc.
- System thinking — ability to switch between portfolio, project and team level processes
- Decision-making freedom — you can implement practices and try things out

Will be a plus:
- Project Management certificate (PMI’s PMP etc.)
- Own fresh ideas on how to grow software outsourcing business in Ukraine and internationally
- Experience in the blockchain industry (will be a huge plus)
