Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken) is a must
• Sales experience in IT is a strong plus but not mandatory
• Experience with Upwork is a big advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to identify and connect with potential customers
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Research and connect with potential customers
• Qualify leads to ensure they fit our ICP and service offering
• Present company services to clients
• Create commercial proposals and supporting documentation
• Handle client objections professionally
• Maintain CRM and provide timely reporting
• Achieve and exceed KPIs
