Software product support specialist (offline)

We are looking for a product support specialist for the international technical support of one of our own products, a complex B2B corporate security solution. In our team, you can get a great experience with different environments and cloud OS.

Job description:
β€’ Support user inquiries on IT issues via phone / email / ticketing system and provide remote assistance.
β€’ Provide high-quality customer service to customers by building relationships and trust through appropriate communication and responsive services.

Requirements:
β€’ 3+ years of experience with Windows OS: Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, DHCP servers.
β€’ Good grasp of Linux OS.
β€’ Experience in configuring DNS, DHCP and Firewall.
β€’ Network troubleshooting skills.
β€’ Knowledge of MSSQL is a plus.
β€’ Knowledge of cloud computing platforms is a plus.
β€’ Ready to research and learn new technologies.
β€’ English: upper intermediate β€” speech and writing.
β€’ Good communication skills.
