Software product support specialist (offline)
We are looking for a product support specialist for the international technical support of one of our own products, a complex B2B corporate security solution. In our team, you can get a great experience with different environments and cloud OS.
Job description:
β’ Support user inquiries on IT issues via phone / email / ticketing system and provide remote assistance.
β’ Provide high-quality customer service to customers by building relationships and trust through appropriate communication and responsive services.
Requirements:
β’ 3+ years of experience with Windows OS: Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, DHCP servers.
β’ Good grasp of Linux OS.
β’ Experience in configuring DNS, DHCP and Firewall.
β’ Network troubleshooting skills.
β’ Knowledge of MSSQL is a plus.
β’ Knowledge of cloud computing platforms is a plus.
β’ Ready to research and learn new technologies.
β’ English: upper intermediate β speech and writing.
β’ Good communication skills.
