Lead Product Manager (FX Trading) (Cyprus, Limassol) (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Identifying and exploring market opportunities, building business cases, and defining product vision and strategy
- Building the project's financial model and product presentation for the company's management
- Evaluate data and insights for comprehensive strategy planning, set up KPi metrics for the product
- Establish timelines and product benchmarks
- Develop data and analytics roadmap
- Ensure product aligns with company mission and goals
- Responsible for ownership of product voice and vision
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

Requirement:

- Proven experience in managing products in digital area for retail customers is crucial for the success, no B2B product experience
- Demonstrable solutions that drive the overall behaviors and experience resulting in significant improvements in CPA, conversions, CLTV, etc.
- Working with consumer/mass markets (not B2B or corporate customers)
- Strong leadership skills
- Deep understanding of product management, product lifecycle, commercial aspects of the product development
- Previous experience as a product manager in forex/trading area, previous work in Forex companies is considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge in the software development area, previous experience in an Agile environment
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional English level
