The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Casino Product Manager to lead the innovation and continuous development of our Casino Aggregation Product. As a market leader, you will be responsible for creating a super convenient hub that not only simplifies integration and data extraction for operators but also enhances player engagement through tournaments, jackpots, and a personalized client area with promotions and newsletters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Casino Aggregation Product, ensuring it meets the market needs and stays ahead of competition.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand customer and stakeholder needs, identify opportunities for innovation, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to develop and launch new features and improvements.
- Manage relationships with over 130 game providers, navigating the complexities of integration and ensuring a diverse and high-quality game portfolio.
- Lead the development of engagement features such as tournaments and jackpots, creating compelling experiences that drive player retention and loyalty.
- Oversee the creation of a client area that offers personalized promotions and newsletters, enhancing the operator and player experience.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, measure product performance, and continually optimize for success.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically in casino aggregation or a related casino hub environment.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of the technical and operational challenges associated with game provider integration.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
