Masterly is a Ukrainian Design agency launched in 2022. We create designs for web products, mobile applications, branding, and marketing materials for our customers worldwide. We are looking for new design employees and would be glad to talk with everyone who thinks he/she is an excellent fit for this position.

About you:

- You have at least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design and have a portfolio that can demonstrate your skills;

- You have an outstanding portfolio;

- You have a good strong knowledge of the design process, and know everything about user research and analysis;

- You are not afraid of meetings and feel comfortable communicating with clients;

- You are confident presenting your work to the team members and clients;

- You use Figma, know components and auto-layout, and know how to design proper design systems;

- You like to work remotely and you’re able to organize your workflow without micro-management.

-You're a self-starter and you like to work independently.

Bonus points:

- Interface animation;

- Understanding how the code works;

What will you do?

- Conduct user research, and analysis, translate research findings into design hypothesis, create wireframes and develop design systems;

- Design websites, web, and mobile apps, and digital products;

- Create amazing cases for our portfolio;

- Work on the agency website and marketing assets design.
