Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Brand Manager to build our brand and raise brand awareness (betting). The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing competitors, analyzing promotion activities, and controlling and checking the execution of tasks.

What you will do:
• Plan and implement promotional activities (creation and implementation of promotional activities, filling and maintaining tasks in Jira, launching activities);
• Control plan and check the execution of tasks (status and quality);
• Analyze the results of promotional activities;
• Implement and test your hypotheses, strategies and ideas;
• Monitor and analyze competitors;
• Take part in retention activities, creation and implementation of an optimized campaign programs and events calendars, tailoring communication to different customer segments;
• Work closely with Dev teams on frontend and backend of the product, UI/UX, features development;
• Initiate and conduct meetings with the Dev Team;
• Work closely with Marketing teams to promote and retain strategies for the product;
• Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the product;
• Set priorities and manage development backlogs for the product features and functional.

What you will need:
• Fluent English;
• 2 + year prior experience in Email/Retention or Product Marketing;
• Experience with email marketing (auto/manual campaigns, analytics, testing, and optimization);
• Understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, performance metrics, etc.;
• Basic knowledge of HTML;
• Ability to synthesize results into email marketing enhancement recommendations;
• Good understanding of UX/UI;
• Knowledge of setting up the tech requirements for the development team;
