🙌🏻 You’ll be responsible for the following:

- Monitoring metrics of matching quality and finding insights on how to improve it
- Prioritizing matching features and forming a backlog
- Generating and testing hypotheses about matching flow
- Writing down specifications for the development team and testing results after
- Matching awesome companies and tasks with cosmic designers
- Monitoring the platform notifications and acting on them promptly
- Communicating with the Customer Success Team to improve the matching flow
- Working directly with the Product Manager

🙌🏻 We’ll be glad to meet you if you:

- Have 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Have a product mindset. Move fast and think long-term
- Have strong analytical skills
- Speak and write fluent English
- Think and type fast :) As well as keep calm, act logically and in a values-driven way when quick reaction and decision making is needed from your side
- You care about people, and being highly collaborative is your strong side
- Are responsible and persistent
Are organized and able to multi-task and prioritize
- Can adapt to new environments and frequent changes
- Have experience working with the creative industry (will be a big plus)
- Have a strong understanding of design task types and designers' expertise (a design background is a plus)
- Have previous experience working with the matching algorithm (will be a big plus)
