Must-Have Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Python
• Strong knowledge of Django and Django REST Framework
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Solid understanding of OOP and functional programming principles
• Familiarity with core design patterns (MVC, Repository, Factory, etc.)
• Proven experience in developing REST APIs and web applications
• English: confident reading and understanding of technical documentation, basic spoken level

Soft Skills:

• Ability to receive and process feedback constructively
• Capability to provide clear and helpful feedback to peers
• Teamwork and pair programming skills
• Willingness to collaborate closely with the team lead and receive regular feedback
• Openness to learning and professional growth

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with FastAPI
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Performance optimization experience

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications and APIs
• Participate in architectural decisions
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
• Engage in pair programming and close team collaboration
