Sales Manager to $1500

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager specializing in sales and communications in the field of UI/UX design to join our team remotely and grow together.
We expect from you:
1. Prospecting for potential clients:
- Actively seek potential clients and companies in need of UI/UX design services through platforms such as Upwork, Linkedin, Dribbble, and other channels.
- Explore new channels for customer acquisition.
2. Correspondence management:
- Respond to client inquiries via email, Upwork, Dribbble, and maintain effective communication with potential clients.
- Provide up-to-date information about the studio, portfolio, and specialization.
3. Conducting meetings:
- Prepare for meetings, present our projects and experience, and propose solutions that meet client needs.
- Organize and conduct Zoom and Google Meet video (audio) calls with potential clients for more in-depth discussions of their needs.
4. Project proposal preparation:
- Prepare project proposals for clients.
- Ensure clients understand project timelines, costs, and terms.
- Understand the client's estimated budget for design.
5. Contract formalization:
- Create and formalize contracts and agreements between the studio and clients.
- Sign NDAs and contracts from the client's side.
6. Market and competitor analysis:
- Track changes in the UI/UX design industry and analyze competitors.
- Understand the studio's strengths and weaknesses, analyze recent work for a better understanding of client needs and the services we provide.
7. Reporting and Interaction:
- Regularly report on the progress of client prospecting and project status.
- Interact with the team, including designers and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Conduct weekly meetings with project managers and plan workload.
Required skills and knowledge:
- Fluent in English C1 (both speaking and writing)
- Real work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
- The ability to provide high-quality business communication to represent themselves and the company
- Must have the sales skills and desire to sell
- Skills in online presentation delivery
- Understanding of IT services market trends
- Experience in developing your client base and building long-term relationships
- Working with CRM
- Ability to effectively plan your work, manage time and work with multiple clients at the same time.
- Knowledge of modern tools for finding and managing clients
