About Us: We are a design and web development company that provides outsourced services to clients worldwide, including Canada, the USA, and Western Europe.
 

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Upwork).

 

Requirements:

— Upper-intermediate English level (spoken and written);

— Commercial experience (outsourcing) as an IT Sales Manager on the Upwork platform for at least 1 year;

— Understanding of SDLC principles;

— Ability to deeply analyze the business of potential partners and use the gained insights to identify their needs timely;

— Successful experience in closing deals with international partners;

— Skills in "warming up" cold leads and building long-term relationships;

— Excellent presentation skills.
 

Responsibilities:

— Manage the full sales cycle from client search to deal closure on the Upwork platform;

— Participate in developing strategies for partner search;

— Analyze the business and needs of potential partners;

— Communicate with potential clients, conduct online meetings, and identify their needs;

— Create commercial proposals and close deals;

— Develop and manage relationships with potential clients.
