— Strong English skills (so can communicate w/Management/clients, participate in Project meetings, read and write technical documentation);

— Analytic brain (so can evaluate customer/client situation and understand the causes);

— Experience on position of Project Manager;

— Understanding of software project development cycle;

— Ability in work on multiple projects at the same time;

— Ability to create / assign tasks and track progress.

— Ability to handle a team of 5–10 people.
