Designer Offline

We are looking for a Designer only from Cherkasy and Dnipro.

Responsibilities

- Create innovative, user-centered designs through consideration of market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability study findings.

- Present designs with the help of wireframes and detailed visual mockups

- Estimating the timing of your design and prototyping work.

- Collaborate with the Engineers and Product Managers and able to quickly iterate on the feedback

- Communication with clients to create a complete picture of the project, its goals and the portrait of the end user. Creation of a list of requirements together with the client.

- Creation and support (addition with new projects) of the portfolio of the company's projects.

Requirements

- B1 English (Intermediate)

- Ability to work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Team-members.

- Expertise in Interaction design, able to create low and high-fidelity mockups to present concepts and finished designs.

- Understanding of component design systems to provide visual and functional consistency.

- Understanding the difference between responsive and adaptive design.

- Understanding platform specifics in mobile design.

- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch prototyping tools.

Good to have

- Storytelling – ability to tell simple user stories illustrating solutions

- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or other tools for working with vector graphics (icons, logos, etc.)

- Experience with Adobe After Effects to create animation.

- Managing and creating Style guide components

- Understanding of Web Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Types of projects to work with

- Design of functional websites (e.g. SaaS Cloud solutions).

- It is important to separate, this is a design based on UI frameworks (UI Kits) and their ready for use components. (Ant Design, Material etc).

- Design of mobile applications.

- Design of web landing pages (rarely).
