Delivery Manager (offline)

Things to be done:
⁃ Build and maintain the processes on multiple delivery streams (7).
⁃ Build strong relationships with customers, many stakeholders and engineering teams.
⁃ Manage and lead the engineering team, resolve conflicts, and ensure the work processes are carried out efficiently
⁃ Risk and issue management.
⁃ Mentor the teams and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
⁃ Work on presale activities.
⁃ Manage recruitment for the account.
⁃ Manage finances and budgets within the account.

What are we looking for:
⁃ Delivery management experience.
⁃ Technical background.
⁃ Experience in managing multiple teams with shared resources.
⁃ Strong stakeholder management experience.
⁃ Conflict management experience.

Would be a great plus:
⁃ Experience in work with clients from consulting domain.
