Senior Account Manager (offline)

Required skills
• 1+ year of experience in leadership or managerial position (Delivery Manager, Team Lead, Project Manager, Account Manager, Client Partner)
• Great communication skills in English (upper-intermediate or better)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience working directly with international customers
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and people management skills
• At least 2 years working in and deep understanding of IT industry
• Ability and desire to travel internationally

As a plus
• Previous experience in sales/account management
• Project management experience
• Good understanding of engineering practices, methodologies and tools
• Previous experience in IT Recruiting or Talent Management (e.g., setting objectives, providing reviews/feedback, planning training and career development)
• Experience with CRM software, MS Office, Google Docs, and Task Tracking systems

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Customer relationships
• Understand Сlient’s needs and manage expectations
• Achieve and sustain a high level of client satisfaction
• Build, manage, and grow assigned key accounts and world-class project teams
• Lead and supervise the delivery of multiple project teams at the same time
• Identify, report, and resolve possible conflicts or problems
• Mentor, manage and foster team members development and growth
• Explore additional business opportunities and drive future business through quality results
• Participate in Organization-wise improvements & processes
