— 3+ years of experience in different top levels of positions such as Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, Head of Development team.
— Experience in leading a team of engineers and guiding them through their career development.
— Understanding of modern software development processes, frameworks.
— Exceptional technical, communication, and coaching skills.
— Strong leadership and motivational skills.
— Experience in building efficient teams, ability to motivate and support staff.
— Excellent people management and communication skills.

Technologies: various JavaScript technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js


Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead Software Engineering Department: Lead internal web and mobile engineers (approximately 80 engineers), including JS, Python, PHP, React Native, and Flutter. Lead and mentor Technical Leaders team (18 experts).
Lead Technical Excellence inside all company: Define technical strategy and prepare the development directional plans, metrics, and capabilities. Improve the best practices inside the company and investigate new technology trends. Improve the quality standard of code, and architecture and enforce best practices.
Lead Competence matrices activities for engineers:Update competency matrices. Hold performance assessments and compensation reviews for the team members. Help develop their careers to their skill levels, personalities, and professional goals.
Improve efficiency of the engineering teams: Make better the approach of forming the most accurate estimate of the required time and team efforts for development. Form teams and payrolls.
Improve internal services of the company: Take part in consulting, technical Interviews, pre-sale activities. Take part in hiring of new team members, and improve the process of candidate evaluation.
