Head of PMO (offline)

Requirements:
• 5+ years of PM experience
• Advanced in both spoken and written English.
• PM best practices and IT industry trends expertise
• PM experience with a fixed scope, fixed pricing, and a solution-based approach.
• Track record of leading projects using the Agile and Predictive Development life cycle
• Process establishment experience is a must
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Leadership

Responsibilities:

• Contribute in the creation and standardization of project operating procedures within the company
• Undertake project estimations
• Lead and coordinate project management department
• Empower PMs' team by coaching and mentoring
• Track and report on the performance of the entire project portfolio.
• Risk Analysis, project forecasting, and financial status reports

Must have:
• Experience as an IT Project Manager
