QA manual

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of the web application
  • Conduct both functional and non-functional testing
  • Create and execute positive and negative test scenarios
  • Perform regression testing once per release
  • Conduct smoke testing for feature and hotfix releases
  • Find/Write clear and structured/track bug reports
  • Maintain test documentation: checklists and test cases
  • Prepare release notes
  • Actively participate in feature/improvement discussions
  • Attend Scrum meetings regularly
  • Prioritize bug severity and impact
  • Communicate closely with developers and business stakeholders to clarify if something is a feature or a bug
  • Occasionally communicate with clients if issues couldn’t be resolved by Tier 1–3 support

 

Tools you'll work with:

  • Jira / Confluence
  • Postman
  • Microsoft Teams
  • GitHub (UI-level usage, no code reading required)
  • ArgoCD
  • Figma

Nice to have (optional):

  • Experience in automated testing of web applications (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Experience with JavaScript (reading, understanding, basic scripting)
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL (basic understanding and queries)

English:

Intermediate level (must be able to explain issues clearly, communication with business)
