Head of International Contracts Division

We are looking for a talented and proactive Head of International Contracts Division to join our team.

Skills & Experience
— 4+ years of experience in IT, FinTech, GameDev, corporate or international contract law.
— Strong experience working with English and EU law frameworks.
— Ability to support sales teams and work with enterprise-level contracts.
— Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
— Experience with M&A transactions will be considered a strong advantage.
— Advanced legal writing and editing skills in English and Ukrainian.
— Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
— Lead and manage a team of lawyers within the International Contracts Division.
— Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units.
— Advise on commercial and international contracts and participate in negotiations.
— Structure and support M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing SPA, SHA, LOI and related documentation.
— Participate in various international legal projects and provide strategic legal support.
