Our requirements

- Motivated problem-solver with a team approach and intermediate+ English.

- For SA or junior BPM consultant minimum 2 years of work experience in the software area and minimum 1-year experience on BPM, preferably Pega BPM

- For SSA, SAB minimum of 5 years totals experience in software consulting with at least 3 years of work experience with PEGA. Pega certification is a must condition.

- For LSA, LBA certified consultants minimum of 7 years total experience of which at least 2 years in LSA or LBA role.

- Additional languages such as German, French, Italian or Spanish are appreciated.

- We are also open to candidates with have experience in other BPM architectures such as Camunda. Chorus, IBM BPM, Ferryt, Webcon etc who are open to a career as a PEGA certified consultant.

- Experience with Cloud implementations is desirable

Your responsibilities

- One of those certifications needed: LSA, LBA, SSA, SA, SBA.

- As a BPM consultant depending on the role you will be part of a team interacting with customers to solve real-time business cases using the PEGA architecture. The tasks range from designing business architecture, workflows, data flows, user interfaces, API’s etc. all in a PEGA low code environment. Depending on the customer we are working on the latest PEGA versions and implementations.

- You will be working mostly remotely using Agile methodology but occasionally, depending on the role, will be required to be on the customer side.

- Thought leadership, open communication, problem-solving and a positive approach are essentials iCln this career.
