Senior Manual Test Engineer (offline)

The project is a recently started development of a web flutter application for dentists and patients.

We are looking for an experienced senior QA engineer to join our cozy and ambitious team. The customer is really experienced with medical software development and the waterfall process of delivery. But we are helping to build a proper agile development environment and proper CI/CD automation pipeline on all the test levels with a goal of continuous delivery to production.
Responsibilities:
Be a part of a Scrum team. Analyse requirements, test design, creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases (XRAY). Push the quality of the delivery for continuous improvements;
Identify and report defects in Jira. Support defect throughout the defect life cycle;
Support regression testing team. Manage a system test team to do the regression testing for the product before the releases;
Manage scope for automation on the system testing level. Working on the CI/CD test coverage;
Reporting (JIRA/XRAY, Confluence);
Participate in continuous QA processes improvements for the QA Chapter
Mandatory Skills Description:
At least 5 years of manual testing experience in IT domain (web testing experience is a plus);
Good understanding of testing theory and testing strategies in the Agile environment;
Solid experience with Test Case Management Tools (Zephyr, Testrail, Xray or similar);
Proficient in test coverage, test cases and test design;
Experience in bug reporting and bug workflow;
Good expertise in Scrum testing processes
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail;
Good communication skills;
Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Testing experience in medical domain;
Understanding of Rest API testing;
Experience in desktop testing;
Experience in Test Automation;
Experience of working with Git;
Experience with monitoring services (like DataDog).
