Required skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate
• 1,5+ years managing software development projects
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in applying Agile methods and frameworks
• Professional experience in project management of the different SDLC types
• Understanding QA principles and approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in simultaneous management of several projects
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Experience in Customer relations management
• Time management skills
• Basic Knowledge of Business Analysis

As a plus
• Experience in managing e-learning projects
• Experience in conducting project Discovery Phase
• Experience in Earned Value Management model
• Professional certification

Responsibilities
• Pre-sale management
• Project management of the full-cycle projects (from Initiation to Closure)
• Collaboration with the Support team
• Resource management: Planning, Monitoring team loading, leading a project team
• Planning cost management and financial reporting
• Ensuring quality and satisfaction
• Managing issues and risk
• Monitoring project progress
• Maintaining reporting and documentation
• Managing conflicts
• Contributing to the establishing and adapting internal PM processes
